Early-bird Registration is now closed and regular pricing is in effect. Fill in all your info including agreement to the Terms and Conditions, submit the form and within 24 hours you’ll get an email with instructions on sending an e-transfer. PayPal is available at a fee.
Price: As of February 1st, 2020 Pass is $67 with Master Class to $35
June 1st, 2020 there will be a price increase to $75 and Master Class to $40.
The $8 for the beach wiener roast will remain the same. So register as soon as possible.
Your Pass will cover all of your workshops from 9am to 9pm. Blue pencils will be offered as well as pitches to an agent. Spots are limited and on a first come first serve basis. These will be arranged as we get closer to the event.
You will be responsible for your own meals. There will be a midday break so everyone can eat or rest without missing any workshops.
Payment is required to secure your registration. Send your payment immediately to avoid disappointment.
Exciting Add On’s
In addition to all the workshops and networking available at the venue there will be some additional activities that you may want to attend.
1.) Master Class will held on Friday September 25th, 2020 at the Lakeside Hotel. This will be a 3 hour class dealing with things related to agents, publishing, and pitching. A “master” class does not mean you have to be a master. It is simply a separate class from the main presentations and is longer and in-depth. This class is not covered in your registration and will be available for $35.
2.) After the Master Class there will be an informal gathering at a local Wine Bar in Penticton. This is for socializing and networking and is at your own expense.
3.) During an afternoon break in the Festival there will be a hosted social open to registrants. All paying guests are welcome and encouraged to join us.
4.) After the final session please join us for a fire on the beach of Lake Okanagan. We’ll have a late night wiener roast and entertainment (guitar and singer). This will be a ticketed event and cost $8 to attend. That will cover the entertainment, hotdog, chips, nonalcoholic beverage.
So get that EARLY BIRD PASS. In the message part please provide your phone and address and who the pass is for if not yourself.
Blue Pencil: submit up to 1000 words one month prior to the Festival to have it read and critiqued by one of the presenters. Please indicate in the ‘message’ if you’re interested. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event.
